Privacy notice.

Effective October 12, 2026. This notice describes information collected through the Arrakis service-request website.

What you provide

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, service request or contractor application, general location, preferred dates and optional job photos. Please do not upload private documents or include sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use these details to review your enquiry, contact you, prepare a quote or discuss suitable services. Relevant job details may be shared with a contractor being considered for your work; we will discuss the arrangement before confirming work. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Chat and service providers

The guided helper uses your messages to fill a draft. When the AI assistant is connected, conversation text is sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Hosting and file services store requests and photos; an email provider sends request-related notifications when connected. These providers may process information outside Canada. Keep sensitive information out of chat.

Cookies and tracking links

An essential secure browser cookie lets you see requests submitted from this browser for up to 90 days. Saved tracking links remain in this browser’s local storage until you clear it. A private tracking link provides access to one request; anyone you share it with can view that request. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

Security and retention

The owner workspace requires authenticated owner access. Photos are accessible only through that workspace. We retain enquiry records while handling the request and for necessary business recordkeeping. Ask us to delete enquiries or photos you no longer want retained; applicable recordkeeping obligations may require retaining some records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, corrections or deletion, or withdraw consent to future contact, by emailing Durette_colton@icloud.com or calling 506-875-4431. Withdrawing information may prevent us from handling your request.
