Request terms.

Effective October 12, 2026. These terms apply to website enquiries and contractor applications. The agreement for actual work will be provided separately.

Service requests

Arrakis reviews requests for properties in Moncton, Riverview and Dieppe, New Brunswick. Listing a service does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a particular job. Submitting a request does not confirm a quote, appointment or booking. Preferred dates are suggestions until expressly agreed.

Quotes and work

Scope, price, applicable taxes, timing, payment arrangements and any cancellation terms must be agreed before work starts. Arrakis may carry out work itself or arrange a contractor. Your quote or agreement will identify who provides the work, who you hire and who you pay. Changes to agreed work require further agreement.

Assistant

The helper can explain services and prepare a draft. AI-generated answers may contain errors. The assistant cannot make binding quotes, confirm insurance or qualifications, accept payment or book work. A person reviews requests.

Contractor applications

Applying does not establish membership, employment or guaranteed work. Credentials, insurance, service areas and any referral or subcontracting terms need review and separate agreement.

Your information

Provide accurate contact and job details and only photos you are entitled to share. See our privacy notice for how we handle them. Do not use the website for harmful, fraudulent or unlawful requests.
